How it works
You record. We build the system around your expertise. Every month, it compounds.
This isn't a content package. It's client acquisition infrastructure (a system that distributes your demonstrated competence to the right people and converts their attention into relationships). Here's exactly how it works.
The process
Three things happen. One of them involves you.
Your time commitment is 3-4 hours per month. That's one recording session. Everything else (production, optimization, distribution, conversion architecture) is handled for you.
We capture your voice and expertise
We start with a Zoom session where we ask a specific set of questions designed to draw out how you think, how you explain your work, the stories you tell clients, and what makes your approach different. This becomes the foundation for all your content.
You record once a month
In the Atlanta area? We come to you with full professional gear and teleprompter. Everywhere else? Record on your phone and send us the files. All 4 episodes in a single session. 3-4 hours total for the month.
We produce, distribute, and convert
Editing, SEO optimization, thumbnail design, short-form clip extraction, blog post creation, distribution across platforms, and the funnel that turns viewers into leads into client conversations. Every month. Same system.
Month one in detail
What actually happens in your first 30 days
Discovery call - we learn how you think
Before we produce anything, we need to understand the substance. We get on a Zoom call and walk through a set of questions designed to capture your voice (how you explain things, the stories you tell, the way you work with clients, what you believe and why). This isn't a marketing questionnaire. It's the foundation that makes every piece of content sound like you.
What we're looking for
Your natural way of explaining complex ideas. The analogies you use. The questions clients always ask. The things you wish prospects understood before the first meeting.
What comes out of it
Content strategy, topic selection, episode structure, and a clear understanding of who your ideal client is and what they need to hear before they trust you.
Channel and funnel setup
While you go back to running your practice, we build the infrastructure. Your YouTube channel is created, branded, and SEO-optimized for your name and expertise. The lead magnet is designed. The newsletter funnel architecture is built (landing page, email sequence, CTA flow). By the time you sit down to record, the system is ready to receive and distribute your content.
Recording session - all 4 episodes at once
One session. All 4 episodes for the month. In the Atlanta area, we come to you with professional gear and teleprompter (you record at your office). Everywhere else, you record on your phone using the structure and topics we've prepared, and send us the files. 3-4 hours total. That's your commitment for the entire month.
Atlanta area
We come to you with full professional gear and teleprompter. You show up and deliver. We handle everything technical.
Everywhere else
We send you simple recording guidelines. You film on your phone in a quiet, well-lit space. Send the files and we take it from there.
Production and weekly rollout
Once we have your recordings, we go to work. Full post-production on all 4 episodes. 16 short-form clips extracted. 4 blog posts written from your content. Then we roll it out (one episode per week, with its corresponding short-form clips and blog post, for the rest of the month). The lead magnet goes live in week two. The newsletter funnel activates. By week four, the full system is running.
Month two and beyond
The same system runs every month. Your library compounds.
After month one, the process is the same every month. You record. We produce, distribute, and manage the funnel. The only thing that changes is that your content library gets bigger and your search presence gets stronger.
One session per month
Same as month one. All 4 episodes in one sitting. 3-4 hours of your time. In person with gear if you're in the Atlanta area, or on your phone anywhere else.
24 pieces of content
4 long-form YouTube episodes with full post-production. 16 short-form clips extracted and optimized for distribution. 4 SEO-optimized blog posts written from your content. Thumbnails, descriptions, titles (all handled).
One episode per week rollout
Content goes out on a consistent weekly cadence. Each episode launches with its corresponding short-form clips and blog post. Your audience sees you every week without you doing anything after the recording session.
Attention converts into relationships
Content drives to the lead magnet. The lead magnet captures into the newsletter. The newsletter nurtures trust over time. When a prospect is ready, they reach out already understanding your expertise. The conversion system runs behind the content, every month.
Monthly deliverables
Exactly what's produced every month (and why each piece exists)
Every deliverable connects to the conversion system. Nothing is produced for the sake of "having content." Each piece has a job.
Long-form YouTube episodes
Full post-production, custom thumbnails, SEO-optimized titles and descriptions. These are the core asset (your expertise demonstrated on camera, searchable and permanent).
Short-form video clips
Extracted from your long-form episodes and optimized for distribution. These function as commercials (short enough to grab attention, compelling enough to drive viewers to the full episode).
SEO-optimized blog posts
One per episode, written from your content. These rank for the questions your ideal clients are actually searching. Over time, they build a search presence that works without any ad spend.
Conversion infrastructure
Lead magnet, landing page, newsletter funnel, email nurture sequence. Built in month one, refined every month. This is what turns attention into client relationships (the system behind the content).
The conversion path
Trust without a conversion system is a hobby. Here's how attention becomes client relationships.
Most professionals who create content have no system behind it. They post, they get some views, and nothing happens. The difference is infrastructure.
Content
YouTube episodes, short-form clips, blog posts. Prospect encounters your expertise for the first time.
Lead magnet
A valuable resource that gives the prospect a reason to exchange their email for deeper access to your expertise.
Newsletter
Ongoing trust-building in their inbox. Your owned audience (not rented from a platform, not subject to an algorithm).
Nurture
The email sequence that moves a subscriber from interested to ready. By the time they reach out, trust is already built.
Conversation
The prospect contacts you already understanding your expertise. The meeting is about implementation, not convincing.
This is what separates content as a business asset from content as a hobby. The system behind the content is what generates client relationships. We build the entire path (not just the content at the top).
The compounding effect
Every month adds to a library that works 24/7
This isn't a campaign with a start and end date. It's infrastructure that compounds. Here's what the content library looks like over time:

One conversation to see if this makes sense for your practice
We'll look at where your visibility stands today, where the trust gap is, and whether this system is the right fit. No pitch. Just an honest assessment.
